Designed and styled media events for clients such as Jurlique, Nivea, Merino Baby, Comfort Zone, Beauty Directory, Beauty Heaven, Remington, Anthogenol, Trilogy, Mecca Cosmetica, Clairol, Herbalessences, Dashing Diva, K-mart, Ellipse, Skin Doctors, C{4U and Waihi Bush.

Developed designs and marketing strategy for new range of domestic textiles under the COLOUR BOX home wares label. Bed linen range is manufactured under license by Linen House, released March 2003. Canvas bag range is manufactured under license by TSM.

Creative director for new brand Vanilla Home Essence – home wares range for Wildia Enterprises. Researched the market place, developed name, brand image and textile design development. Managed design services for graphics and technical data.

Consulted to fashion label Lee Mathews in area of business management and retail.

Part time lecturer at The Whitehouse Institute of Design, teaching Styling and Merchandising and Textile Design for fashion and interiors.

1993 - 2001
Designed, manufactured and marketed a range of domestic textiles, predominantly bed linen and cushions under the Art Park label.
Developed a strong brand profile and identity.
Maintained ‘A’ list customers in Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.
Exhibited at trade fairs in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, USA and Germany.
Opened retail outlets in Paddington and The Rocks, launched www.artpark.com.au, developed a mail order business world wide and recorded over 8,000 customer profiles.

Exhibited as part of the ‘Frances Burke + 4 – Comparisons in Printed Textile design in Australia 1937 – 1997’ exhibition, including the design forum chaired by Grace Cochrane of The Power House Museum and ‘Projections of Excellence’ design exhibition both at the UTS Gallery.

Commissioned to design (and in some cases manufacture) carpets, curtains, bedspreads and bath robes for Iain Halliday of Burley Katon Halliday and Scott Weston of Scott Weston Architecture. The projects included The Darling Harbour Convention Centre, Starlight Foundation, Kirkton & Medusa Hotels.

Specialising in the development of textile designs for meterage & placement prints, forecasting, presentational material and graphic design for leading garment manufactures and fabric wholesalers in Australia and the USA.
Some of the clients included: Seafolly, Reebok, Bonds, Mambo, Gazal, Smouha Fabrics and John Kaldor Fabricmaker.

Developed and licensed designs and concepts specifically for home ware products such as bed linen, napery, ceramics, upholstery fabric & stationery in Australia and the USA.
Some of the licensors included: Woven Image, Zone International, Spring Industries USA, Ladelle, Australian Fine China, Primo Ceramics, Treasure Craft USA and Fred Hosking.
